The buyer assumes full responsibility for any expenses after the purchase date. All our puppies are guaranteed against PRA ( progressive retinal atrophy). It is the responsibility of the breeder to provider proper care of the mother and her puppies prior to the purchase date. That care includes proper nutrition,socializing,and training. The buyer understands that puppies need socializing and training to become a good canine citizen. All our puppies are being sold as a companion family pet. Our puppies are not being sold as breeding stock as it is impossible to determine a puppy`s potential @ such an early age. Dogs that qualify for breeding are based on variety of facts. Breeder must receive a written statement from there veterinarian concerning any signs of genetic disease. I would never expect you to give up your family member for a replacement, however I do insist proof of SPAYED OR NEUTER OF THE PUPPY. The buyer has to have their puppy examined by a Qualified, licensed vet with in 3 days of date purchase. ( excluding all worms & parasites) Any permanent defect,evidenced by a certificate vet will have to show permanent defects!!! Buyer may return puppy for an differnt puppy in place of that puppy.
